Traffic moving despite rains...
Heavy vehicles and buses try to make it through the flooded roads.
Light vehicles turn around and rush the other way... away from deeper
flood waters...

in the middle of the road...

Everyone afraid after the rains last week already on the road wanting
to run back home as soon as possible...
Loads and loads of people walking away...
Car owners that did not take advise of turning around from the locals,
get stuck and try a turn around on the wrong lane... only causing more
traffic... :-(

People took to the street and ask car owners to turn around and avoid
driving through flood water.
The water levels increased... sadly to affect many people all over again...
The flood water level increased in the past few minutes and the entire
visible length of the road is flooded with nearly knee deep water.

Rains increased.
People started running back home to be with their families. Others
took to the street to keep the traffic in order.
They start asking light vehicles to turn around and choose another way through.
